      SELLERS EXCLUSIVELY.  THIS MEANS THAT YOU EITHER: 

     a.   OWN THE PRODUCT WE - OR OUR CUSTOMER - ARE BUYING AND RECEIVE THE
           PAYMENT FROM US - OR OUR CUSTOMER DIRECTLY

     b.   ARE BUYING THE PRODUCT WE - OR OUR CUSTOMERS - ARE SELLING AND
           WE RECEIVE THE PAYMENT YOU - OR OUR CUSTOMER - DIRECTLY.

4.  Emails that we receive that are not authentic, and from a bona fide company
    will be deleted immediately - i.e. emails with email addresses such as yahoo,
    hotmail, or gmail.

How we do business:

1. If you wish to conduct business with us, please send us an email with the above information.

2. If we deem your response of interest, we will contact you with our company information.

3. If you are a seller, a product analysis must be provided by an internationally recognized third party testing company.

4. If no analysis is available, a sample of the product must be submitted per our instructions at your expense.

5. If you are a buyer, sampling/analysis will be provided by us.

6. A kick-off conference call will be held to finalize the transaction.
7. Contract signed (standard FOSFA arbitration form will be used)

9. Delivery and payment

Our Payment Terms:

1. PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT ONLY.
   
2. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A TRANSFERRABLE LETTER OF CREDIT.
   
3. We will only buy and sell to qualified suppliers and actual buyers.
   
4. No NDAs, non-circumvents, etc.
   
5. BUYERS AND SELLERS REPRESENTED BY ONE OR MORE BROKERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF THEIR FEES, SECURING PAYMENT AND NON-CIRCUMVENTION AGREEMENTS WITH THEIR CLIENTS.
   
6. Buyers and Sellers must be prepared to provide banking reference letters and 3 years financials at our request.
